If merchant approval is declined

You have 14 days after notice to request a full refund of the refundable package and subscription payments. With your upfront authorization, you can instead continue with the Vibe Card for $75—50% off its normal setup price. A supplied domain is separate.

Testing and support

Report issues by form, email, text, or phone. A setup issue pauses testing and collection from the original report time. A fix and successfully delivered resolution notice start a new 48 hours. Routine how-to help resumes the remaining time.

Final payment

The $49 is collected automatically only with your permission and verified billing capability; otherwise, an invoice is used. Required notices and testing must be complete. An unresolved setup issue keeps collection paused.

Cancellation and refunds

Before approval, cancellation qualifies for the refundable setup and subscription amounts. If setup cannot be delivered or you cancel before completion, the refund-or-card choice applies. Correctly completed setup is nonrefundable. Approved refunds are initiated within five business days of the request; bank posting may take longer.

Vibe Card service

Choose $1.99 monthly or $19.99 annually. Monthly cancellation stops renewal and leaves the card active through the paid month. Annual cancellation refunds unused time and deactivates the card when cancellation takes effect. Annual renewal requires upfront permission and an advance reminder.
