Choosing a Service

What is the simplest place to start?
Start with the business problem and the next customer action you need. If people cannot find or trust you online, review the Gateway Landing Page. If the problem is slow answers or missed leads, review the AI Customer Service Agent. Use the contact page when the right starting point is unclear.
What is the difference between a landing page and a complete website?
A landing page focuses on one audience, offer, and next action. A complete website can support several services, deeper trust content, navigation, and ongoing growth. Compare the Gateway Landing Page with the Complete Web Design Package.
When does a business need an AI customer-service agent instead of a basic FAQ?
A basic FAQ is useful when answers are short and rarely change. An AI assistant can help when visitors ask the same question many ways, need guided intake, or need routing to a person. The assistant still needs approved sources, limits, testing, and a clear handoff. See RAG and human in the loop.
What is the difference between basic automation and an executive AI system?
Basic automation follows a defined trigger and action. An executive AI system may connect several workflows, sources, approvals, and reporting steps around an owner's real process. Review the Basic Automation Package and AI Executive Operator before deciding.

What AI Can and Cannot Do

Do I need to understand AI before I use these services?
No. You need to explain your business, customers, current process, and what a good result looks like. We translate that into a practical scope and show what remains under human control. The AI glossary is available when you want the deeper terms.
Will AI replace me or my employees?
AI is best treated as a tool for specific repetitive or information-heavy steps. It does not own relationships, judgment, accountability, or the lived knowledge of your team. We identify tasks to assist and decisions that must remain with people.
Can an AI answer every customer question correctly?
No. Language models can produce convincing errors. Important answers should use approved sources, citations where useful, test cases, and human escalation. Read hallucination and source grounding.
Can AI send emails, texts, or make changes automatically?
Only when a connected workflow has the required account permission and the action is deliberately enabled. Drafting is different from sending. Consequential actions should identify the recipient, content, trigger, approval rule, log, and fallback before activation.

Examples and Results

What are practical small-business uses for AI?
Examples include organizing inquiries, drafting follow-ups, summarizing meetings, searching approved policies, preparing content variations, extracting business-card details for review, and routing requests. The useful question is not 'Where can we add AI?' but 'Which customer or staff step is slow, repetitive, or easy to miss?'
How do we measure whether a website is working?
Choose meaningful conversions before launch: qualified calls, completed forms, bookings, purchases, or visits. Compare them with a documented baseline and review the path that produced them. Traffic alone is not a business result. See conversion and ROI.
How do we measure an AI customer-service tool?
Track answer quality, successful handoffs, captured qualified leads, response time, unresolved questions, corrections, and cost. Test normal and difficult examples before launch, then monitor after policies or products change.
Do you guarantee sales, savings, rankings, or ROI?
No. A website or AI tool can improve the customer path and make results measurable, but outcomes also depend on the offer, demand, traffic, follow-up, pricing, competition, and execution. We define the result to measure without promising an unsupported outcome.

Getting Started

What information do you need from me first?
Usually: business name, decision-maker, contact details, audience, services or products, current prices, service area, existing website or accounts, the main problem, and the next action you want customers to take. Only necessary information should be collected.
Can you improve the website or tools I already have?
Often, yes. We first inspect what is working, what is owned, and what can be edited safely. A focused repair may be better than rebuilding. Use the contact page to share the public URL and describe the specific problem.
Can I start with one small project?
Yes. A bounded first project can prove the working relationship and give both sides clearer evidence before expanding. The public service catalog shows current offers and product-specific terms.
What happens after I submit a contact request?
Your request should reach the designated business contact for review. Submission is not an order, approval, or guarantee of availability. The next step is to clarify fit, scope, owner, and a documented action.

Pricing and Ongoing Costs

What does the $250 Web Presence starting point mean?
The current Gateway Landing Page product shows a regular $350 price and a current $250 total, split into three staged payments of $83.33, $83.33, and $83.34. Only the first deposit is collected when starting. Verify the current details on the live product page before purchase.
What does 'From $500' for AI Customer Service mean?
The AI Customer Service Agent has a $1,500 setup charge in three $500 setup payments, plus $100 per month. The first $500 is the starting setup deposit, not the complete cost. Review the live product page for the current scope and payment stages.
How is custom work priced?
Custom work is priced after the required systems, data, integrations, risks, responsibilities, and acceptance criteria are understood. A client-specific offer does not change the standard public catalog price for other customers.
Will there be recurring software, hosting, model, or messaging costs?
There may be, depending on the chosen services and usage. Any recurring third-party cost should be identified in the written scope before activation. Usage can change over time, so current vendor pricing and limits must be checked rather than assumed.

Ownership, Domains and Email

Will I own my domain name?
Domain ownership and registrar access should be stated in the written scope. The safest arrangement is usually for the client to have durable account access and a clear renewal owner. Never assume ownership from who built the website.
Who owns the website content and customer data?
Ownership and licensed components should be stated in the agreement. Customer records should be isolated by client, access-controlled, and exportable where promised. Stock media, fonts, plugins, and third-party tools may have separate licenses.
Can you set up professional business email?
Vibe Coding can help with listed email and professional-identity services where the account, domain, licensing, and administrator are confirmed. Review the Microsoft 365 product and current scope before ordering.
Should I share my passwords or API keys in chat?
No. Use the provider's authorized sign-in, connection, or secret-storage process. API keys and passwords should never be pasted into public pages, ordinary chat, screenshots, or source code. See API key.

Timelines, Content and Approval

How long will my project take?
Timing depends on scope, access, content readiness, integrations, feedback, and testing. A reliable timeline is documented after those dependencies are known. This FAQ does not promise a universal turnaround time.
Who provides the words, photos, logo, and product information?
The scope should identify what the client supplies and what Vibe Coding creates or licenses. Real brand assets and verified product facts usually produce a more credible result than generic placeholders.
How are revisions handled?
Revision rounds, decision-makers, acceptance criteria, and excluded work should be written into the project scope. Feedback is most useful when it identifies the audience, business goal, and exact issue rather than asking only for something to 'pop.'
Will anything publish before I approve it?
The project should identify who is authorized to approve public changes. Drafts and previews remain separate from production until the agreed approval step, except for narrowly authorized repairs where publication was already approved.

Integrations, Data and Security

Can you connect Airtable, Square, WooCommerce, calendars, or other tools?
A connection may be possible when the service exposes a supported integration and the correct account grants the needed permission. A connector's presence does not prove write access or guarantee every workflow. We verify the exact action before relying on it.
What customer data should an AI workflow collect?
Only the fields needed for the stated purpose. Define who can access them, where they are stored, how long they remain, and what triggers deletion or export. Read data minimization.
Where will my business data be stored?
That depends on the selected website, database, model, and integration providers. The project record should name the authoritative system, client boundary, access roles, and known third parties before real customer data flows.
Should a normal lead or financing form collect Social Security numbers or payment credentials?
Not unless the authorized business process genuinely requires them and uses an appropriate secure system. Ordinary lead capture should avoid unnecessary sensitive data. Payment credentials should be handled by an approved payment provider, not emailed or stored in a general spreadsheet.

Human Oversight and Support

Who reviews AI output before customers see it?
The workflow should name the responsible reviewer and define which low-risk answers may be automatic. New, sensitive, financial, legal, safety, or ambiguous situations should have a clear human handoff.
What happens when the AI is wrong or a connected service fails?
The system should fail safely: show a clear message, preserve the request where appropriate, route to a person, and create evidence for troubleshooting. Silent failure is not an acceptable customer journey. See fallback.
What support is included after launch?
Support depends on the product and written agreement. Confirm the support window, monitoring, update responsibility, response channel, and work that requires a new scope before launch.
Will the site work on phones and for customers using assistive technology?
Responsive and accessible behavior should be part of design and verification, including keyboard use, contrast, labels, touch targets, readable zoom, and meaningful image text alternatives. Automated checks help but do not replace practical review. See accessibility.
